1. General Policy

Refunds are processed according to supplier (airline, hotel, cruise, transport) rules and are subject to applicable service charges.

2. Air Tickets

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s cancellation rules.
  • Service fees and airline penalties will be deducted before processing refunds.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds depend on hotel cancellation timelines
  • “No-show” bookings are non-refundable.

4. Tour Packages

  • Refunds for package cancellations depend on the timeline:
    • 30+ days before departure → 80% refund (after deducting service fees).
    • 15–30 days → 50% refund.
    • 0–14 days → No refund.
  • Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be given for unused services.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa fees, insurance, service charges, and taxes are strictly non-refundable.
  • Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking is not eligible for a refund.
  • Partially used tickets, tours, or accommodations cannot be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for services cancelled or altered by the traveller after the commencement of the trip.

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to refunds should be addressed in writing to support@parnishtravels.com.
  • The final decision regarding refunds rests with Parnish Tours And Travels, based on the circumstances and applicable policies.
