Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Policy

• All reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
• Final payments must be settled prior to the commencement of services.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings where payments are incomplete.

2. Visa, Passport, and Travel Documentation

• It is the sole responsibility of travellers to obtain valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documents required for their journey.
• The agency shall not be held liable for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

3. Limitation of Liability

• The agency acts solely as an intermediary for the services provided and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip.
• Travelers are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
• Any losses arising from failure to comply with requirements will not be borne by Parnish Tours and Travels.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, accidents, political issues, or third-party failures.

4. Amendments to Itinerary

• The agency reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.
• Any additional costs resulting from itinerary changes will be borne by the traveller.
• Once travel has commenced, unused services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, etc.) will not be refunded.

5. Health and Safety

• Travellers must inform the agency of any medical conditions or special needs prior to travel.
• The agency is not liable for health issues or accidents occurring during the trip.

6. Conduct and Behavioural Expectations

• Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to local laws and regulations.
• The agency reserves the right to refuse services or expel travellers whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat Gujarat, India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat Gujarat, India.
