1. General Policy
Refunds are processed according to supplier (airline, hotel, cruise, transport) rules and are subject to applicable service charges.
2. Air Tickets
- Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s cancellation rules.
- Service fees and airline penalties will be deducted before processing refunds.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Refunds depend on hotel cancellation timelines
- “No-show” bookings are non-refundable.
4. Tour Packages
- Refunds for package cancellations depend on the timeline:
- 30+ days before departure → 80% refund (after deducting service fees).
- Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be given for unused services.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Visa fees, insurance, service charges, and taxes are strictly non-refundable.
- Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking is not eligible for a refund.
- Partially used tickets, tours, or accommodations cannot be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for services cancelled or altered by the traveller after the commencement of the trip.
6. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to refunds should be addressed in writing to support@parnishtravels.com.
- The final decision regarding refunds rests with Parnish Tours And Travels, based on the circumstances and applicable policies.
